Unlike standard calendars that just count bookings, DinerEase evaluates live availability based on your physical floor plan, seating capacities, and time intervals (typically 30 minutes). When a table is assigned to a guest, the system blocks the seats for their estimated duration. Once capacity is reached for a specific slot, that slot automatically disappears from online booking widgets, eliminating human error and overbooking.
